We understand that sometimes something doesn't work out and you may want to return your purchase. That is why we offer a 14 Day Return Policy on eligible products (exclusion may also apply to bulk orders, freight, custom and special orders).

This product quilifies for return or exchange for:

• Damages during shipping (exchange for same product or return coverd)
• Changed mind  (Accepted, shipping return is payed by customer
• If product is damaged from misuse, but still qualifies for return. Customer is responsible for shipping and reefund is subject to partial return.
• Return voided under extreme misuse includeing Burning, marks on surface from drawing materials, element damage from being left outdoors for long periods of times including rain and mold, and more. Please contact with any additional questions on returns to Contacts@kiwiscraft.com 

At Kiwi's, we understand that shipping can be a hassle. That's why we strive to make it as easy and affordable as possible. We offer shipping anywhere in the United States and orders over $199.99 ship for free. Orders under $199.99 ship for a flat rate based on the productor weight, so you know exactly what to expect (exclusion may apply to bulk orders, freight, and special orders). Unfortunately, we are not shipping outside the United States at this time.
 

Every Board is made from natural wood. Some upkeep is required to keep board in tip top condition.

• DO NOT WAS BOARDS IN DISHWASHER. Dishwashers over time will cause permenant damage to the boards. Follow the care guide for each board and wash by hand.
• DO NOT PLACE ON HOT STOVE BURNER. Can cause wood to gain burn marks or catch on fire if left for extended periods of time.
• AVOID PLACING HOT POTS ON BOARD. This ca n lead to burn marks left on woods surface if direct heat is placed on it from a metal surface from a hot pot or pan. Please use a placemat between wood and very hot metal.
• DO NOT LEAVE OUTSIDE FOR DAYS.
