That is why we offer a 14 Day Return Policy on eligible products (exclusion may also apply to bulk orders, freight, custom and special orders).

You can return or exchange any eligible products that are un-used or in the event they are damaged in shipping within the 14 day return period. Refunds and exchanges will be applied after we receive the products back.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on damaged Items through misuse and exceptions can incur a restocking 15% fee. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Orders under $199.99 ship for a flat rate based on the productor weight, so you know exactly what to expect (exclusion may apply to bulk orders, freight, and special orders).
