Where do you ship to?We ship across the US! As of right now we do not ship outside the United States, but we are looking into it!

How do I track my order?Signing up is the best way to track your orders! Navigate to your Members page in the top right of the website (Usually your chosen name) and click MY ORDERS. Any orders placed while being a member will be saved here to view at any time including tracking information. Tracking information will also be e-mailed to you after the item has been shipped. In the event you do not receive a tracking number or input the wrong emails address during checkout. Please contact us at contact@kiwiscraft.com

How often do you restock inventory?Stock is on an as needed basis on many items. Even when an item is out of stock, many of them will have pre-order options that will be made as soon as you place the order. Pre-ordered items out of stock will take a little longer to ship since it is being made to order. (Each item will show the extended ship time in preorder options) Limited items and other cases will be stocked only when materials are available. You can always contact us at contact@kiwiscraft.com or go to your "Request in stock" page to send us an alert of items you wish to purchase that are unavailable!

How is shipping calculated?Shipping will have a flat rate per item based off Weight, size, and distance traveled. We also offer free shipping on may items when your purchase exceeds $99. This applies to US only, and does not apply to items needed to be shipped by freight or special ordered bulk items. Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about your purchase!

What is your Return Policy?At Kiwi's, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and the best customer experience. We understand that sometimes something doesn't work out and you may want to return your purchase. That is why we offer a 14 Day Return Policy on eligible products. You can return or exchange any eligible products that are un-used or in the event they are damaged in shipping within the 14 day return period. Refunds and exchanges will be applied after we receive the products back. ​ We reserve the right to refuse returns on damaged Items through misuse and exceptions can incur a restocking 15% fee. There is an Item missing from my order. What should I do?In the event the product is not what you ordered or is missing things. Please contact us at contact@kiwiscraft.com so we can make it right for you.

How do I change or cancel my order?Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped for a refund. Items already shipped will have to go through the Return process for Items returnable under the return policy. (14 days on most items)

How do I wash or clean my new cutting or serving board?All of our Boards are made from various Hardwoods! To wash and clean each board you can use warm soapy water and scrub your board clean with a non harsh abrasive. We also recommending you condition your boards every so often with our specially crafted line of board conditioners to keep it in tip top shape every few months! DO NOT PUT ANY OF OUR BOARDS IN THE DISHWASHER. This will strip the boards of the protective coating and can cause damage to the boards that can result in a non smooth surface, miscolorations, splitting of the wood, and more. This also voids the return policy.
